Dieter Dengler Medal: Awarded for Heroism and Gallantry behind enemy lines.
Conspicuous Gallantry: Presented for superior and conspicuous gallantry in combat.
Distinguished Flying Cross: Recognizes superior and distinguished service to the squadron while in flight.
Distinguised Service Medal: Awarded for distinguished service to the squadron, air or ground.
Airman's Purple Cross: For pilots who miraculously bring home an airplane damaged beyond known limits.
